A life changing Journey

The Philosophy and Practice of Yoga teaches you to live in this very moment. In this precious now we find pleasure, peace, acceptance and love. I teach Yoga because it changed my life, outlook, and health so significantly I just had to share it.

In my classes I will share all of the practices that transformed me from an unwell person to very well person, quick tempered to calm and chilled, from negative to positive and along with these shifts comes the added side benefit of gaining physical strength and flexibility. I understand all of our motivations to walk in to a yoga class are very different, our stories are so varied and thats what makes us who we are. If you are willing to look deeper into a happier and healthier you. All it takes is just for you to show up for you, and there it begins. After learning this practice you will benefit hugely, its even scientifically proven to benefit you on a cellular level! Not only will your physical body release tension and gain strength, your mind will thank you for the new found space and clarity.

My qualification followed Shivanada Yoga. A 200hr IYN Yoga Teacher training with advanced studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I am Currently a student in Kriya Meditation.

A keen interest in sound healing and meditation means I often attend gong baths for my own mediation and hold them for others too.

I have been practicing yoga since 2002. Enjoying trips to India to expand my knowledge and get deeper into the ancient teachings of yoga. Forever reading and learning about this beautiful subject that could fill a few lifetimes!
