A Game Changer
The Philosophy and Practice of Yoga teaches you to live in this very moment.
In this precious now we find peace, acceptance and connection.
I teach Yoga because it changed my life, outlook, and health so significantly I had to share it.
In my classes I will share all of the practices that transformed me from an unwell person to very well person, quick tempered to calm, from negative to positive. You can imagine the benefits this gives to a life, relationships, feeling of purpose, the list goes on. Along with huge shifts in states there was of course the added side benefit of gaining physical strength and flexibility. I understand all of our motivations to walk in to a yoga class are very different, our stories are so varied and thats what makes us who we are. If you are just willing to look deeper into a happier and healthier you. All it takes is just for you to show up with an open mind, and there it begins. After learning this practice you will benefit hugely. Not only will your physical body release tension and gain strength, your mind will thank you for the new found space and clarity. You will live with peace and connection.
My training includes A 200hr IYN Yoga Teacher training following Shivanada Hatha Yoga. 200hr KRI Kundalini Teacher training. YogaLap Breathwork facilitator training. Advanced studies in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga alliance Anatomy and physiology training. Gong sound training. For my own exploration I have also taken studies and courses in Kriya Meditation, Bhagadvagita and vedanta philosophy. By far my biggest training is my own life experience of living a yogic life in thought, word and action to the best of my ability. I believe this practice needs to be lived to be fully understood. I return to India frequently and there is nothing quite like visiting to see this practice in action.
I have been practicing yoga since 2002. I will never forget my first teacher she was inspiring and I knew there was something very interesting about the way it made me feel.
If your interest in yoga has been sparked I sincerely look forward to exploring this beautiful practice with you.
